brown rice

1 cup

ingredients

  • brown rice- 0.5 cup

  • rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp

  • water- 2 cup

steps to do

1. soak brown rice for 30 mins. boil water and add salt
2. add in brown rice, when water boils, put the flame on medium and cook for 15 mins.
3. strain the water and keep the rice to a strainer
