chickpea salad

ingredients
chickpea (white kabuli chana)- 0.25 cup
cucumber- 1 pc
tomato- 1 pc
red bell pepper- 0.5 pc
onion- 1 pc
lemon- 0.5 pc
extra virgin olive oil- 1 tbsp
rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp
black pepper powder-1 tsp
oregano- 1 tsp
yellow bell pepper-0.5 pc
coriander leaves- 1 sprig
garlic- 2 cloves
honey- 1 tbsp
steps to do
1. wash & soak chickpeas overnight.
2. dice cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions.
3. in a bowl, combine chickpeas, chopped vegetables, and fresh herbs.
4. in a small jar, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Shake well.
5. drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
