coriander chutney

1 cup

ingredients

  • coriander Leaves - ½ bunch

  • mint Leaves - 1 sprigs

  • green Chilli - 1 pc

  • ginger - ½ inch

  • lemon - ¼ pc

  • rock salt (pink Himalayan) - to taste

  • water - ¼ cup

steps to do

  1. wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.

  2. in a blender, combine the washed coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies (adjust to taste), a small piece of ginger, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

  3. blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth paste-like consistency.

  4. adjust with salt or lemon juice according to your preference.
