wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
in a blender, combine the washed coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies (adjust to taste), a small piece of ginger, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth paste-like consistency.
adjust with salt or lemon juice according to your preference.
