egg kachumber salad

1 cup

ingredients

  • egg- 2 pc

  • onion- 0.5 pc

  • tomato- 0.5 pc

  • cucumber- 0.5 pc

  • red chilli powder- 0.5 tsp

  • green chilli- 1 pc

  • lemon- 1 pc

  • rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp

  • coriander leaves- 2 sprigs

steps to do

1. hard boil the eggs, carefully peel them, and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
2. finely chop the onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, and coriander leaves. place them in a mixing bowl.
3. add the chopped eggs to the mixing bowl with the vegetables.
4. sprinkle the red chilli powder and salt over the ingredients. squeeze fresh lemon juice for a tangy flavor.
5. gently toss the salad to ensure an even distribution of the ingredients and seasoning. allow the salad to rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
