  • egg- 2 pc

  • poha- 0.5 cup

  • peanuts- 0.25 cup

  • ginger- 0.5 inch

  • onion- 0.5 pc

  • carrot- 0.5 pc

  • cabbage- 0.5 pc

  • rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder- 0.25 tsp

  • turmeric powder- 0.25 tsp

  • cumin powder (jeera powder)- 0.25 tsp

  • wood pressed groundnut oil- 1 tbsp

steps to do

  1. heat oil in a pan and add peanuts, ginger, onion, cabbage, egg and mix well.

  2. add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, poha and mix well.
