ingredients

  • whole wheat sourdough bread- 4 pc

  • egg- 2 pc

  • tomato- 1 pc

  • onion- 0.5 pc

  • capsicum- 0.5 pc

  • rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp

  • black pepper powder- 0.5 tsp

  • red chilli powder- 0.5 tsp

steps to do

1. whisk eggs with finely chopped tomato, onion, capsicum, rock salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
2. heat a non-stick pan and pour the egg mixture, spreading it evenly to form an omelette.
3. once the omelette starts to set, place whole wheat sourdough bread on top of the omelette, pressing gently.
4. flip the omelette with the bread and let the bread toast slightly on the pan.
5. fold the omelette to fit within the bread slices, assemble the sandwich, and cook until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
