grilled chicken salad

ingredients
chicken breast- 100 gms
rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp
soy sauce- 0.5 tsp
black pepper powder- 0.5 tsp
extra virgin olive oil- 0.5 tbsp
lemon- 0.5 pc
tomato- 1 pc
cucumber- 1 pc
lettuce- 0.25 bunch
onion- 1 pc
capsicum- 1 pc
oregano- 0.5 tsp
steps to do
1. marinate the chicken with oil, salt, pepper, and soya sauce. allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes.
2. prepare the dressing by combining the ingredients and set aside.
3. heat a grill pan. place the chicken breast and cook on high heat for 1 minute on each side and cook for 6 mins on a low flame.
4. rest the chicken for 5-10 mins on a chopping board and cut into cubes.
5. for the salad, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, such as the tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum, and lettuce. add a little dressing as needed.
6. serve the salad in a bowl along with the chicken, and serve the remaining dressing on the side.
