idli dosa batter- 1 cup
ghee- 1 tbsp
water- 2 cup
steps to do
1. transfer the batter to a large vessel. mix the batter gently. it should be at room temperature while making idli.
2. grease the idli plate with ghee and pour a spoonful of batter in each cavity.
3. before placing the idlis make sure steamer is hot and ready.
4. steam the idli for 10 - 12 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean. enjoy soft idli with chutney and sambar.
