jowar flour (sorghum flour) - 1 cup
water - ½ cup
ghee - 1 tbsp
rock salt (pink Himalayan) - to taste
steps to do
heat up water with salt and add jowar flour gradually while stirring to form a dough.
knead dough until smooth.
roll out the rotis as you normally would and cook on both sides until brown spots appear. jowar rotis do not fluff up like a wheat roti so don’t worry if yours doesn’t.
