mint chutney

0.25 cup

ingredients

  • amchur powder (mango powder)- 1 tsp

  • coriander leaves- 1 sprig

  • garlic- 2 cloves

  • green chilli- 1 pc

  • mint leaves-1 sprig

  • water- 2 tbsp

steps to do

1. first clean and wash the green leaves.
2. in a blender add all the ingredients to make the chutney along with water or ice cubes.
3. blend the ingredients to a smooth paste to make the chutney. if required, add more water. transfer chutney to a clean bowl.
4. serve Mint Chutney with snacks or store in the refrigerator.
