basil seeds (sabja seeds)- 0.5 tbsp
ginger- 0.5 inch
rock salt (pink himalayan)- 2 tsp
lemon- 1 pc
water- 2 cup
steps to do
1. in a blender, combine mint leaves, ginger, rock salt, and the juice of half a lemon.
2. add 4 ice cubes and 1 glass of water to the blender.
3. blend the ingredients until smooth.
4. strain the juice to remove any solids.
