paneer salad

1 cup

ingredients

  • paneer- 200 gm

  • extra virgin olive oil- 1 tbsp

  • cabbage- 0.25 cup

  • carrot- 1 pc

  • tomato- 1 pc

  • rock salt (pink himalayan)- 1 tsp

  • black pepper powder- 0.5 tsp

  • lemon- 1 pc

  • lettuce- 0.5 bunch

steps to do

1. cut the paneer into cubes.
2. shred the cabbage and carrot.
3. dice the tomato.
4. wash and tear the lettuce leaves (use only if available) into bite-sized pieces.
5. heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil.
6. add the paneer cubes and grill them until they turn golden brown on all sides. Set aside.
7. in a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrot, diced tomato, and torn lettuce leaves.
8. add the grilled paneer cubes to the bowl.
9. season with pink Himalayan rock salt and black pepper powder according to your taste.
10. squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad for a tangy flavor.
11. drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the salad for added flavor and richness.
12. gently toss all the ingredients together to coat them evenly with the seasonings and olive oil.
