pomegranate overnight oats

ingredients

  • rolled oats- 0.5 cup

  • curd- 2 tbsp

  • almond milk- 0.75 cup

  • dates- 4 pc

  • chia seeds- 1tbsp

  • green cardamom- 1 pc

  • pomegranate- 0.5 pc

steps to do

1. in a bowl or mason jar, combine instant oats, yogurt, and milk. mix well.
2. add chopped dates, chia seeds, and crushed cardamom seeds. stir to combine.
3. top with pomegranate seeds for extra crunch and sweetness.
4. cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours.
5. the next morning, adjust the consistency by adding more milk if desired.
6. serve chilled and enjoy your easy, no-cook overnight oats with pomegranate seeds! enjoy your nutritious and delicious breakfast!
