rice kanji

2 cups

ingredients

  • rice - ½  cup

  • water - 3 cups

  • rock salt - to taste

  • ghee - 1 tbsp

steps to do

  1. rinse and wash rice thoroughly in water.

  2. add washed rice in a pan with six times the amount of water and let it cook until rice becomes soft.

  3. add rock salt and ghee and give it a mix.

  4. transfer to a bowl and serve.
