sautéed vegetables

2 cups

ingredients

  • button mushroom - 100 gm

  • yellow bell pepper - ½ pc

  • red bell pepper - ½ pc

  • capsicum - ½ pc

  • carrot - 1 pc

  • broccoli - ¼ cup

  • green beans - 3 pc

  • garlic - 2 clove

  • rock salt (pink Himalayan) - to taste

  • black pepper powder - 1 tsp

  • groundnut oil - 1 tbsp

  • spring onion - 1 pc

steps to do

  1. heat oil in a non-stick wok. add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 

  2. add mushrooms and sauté for another minute.

  3. add the remaining veggies and saute for 1-2 minutes before adding the spices. 

  4. add spices and toss the veggies to mix.  

  5. serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
