button mushroom - 100 gm
yellow bell pepper - ½ pc
red bell pepper - ½ pc
capsicum - ½ pc
carrot - 1 pc
broccoli - ¼ cup
green beans - 3 pc
garlic - 2 clove
rock salt (pink Himalayan) - to taste
black pepper powder - 1 tsp
groundnut oil - 1 tbsp
spring onion - 1 pc
steps to do
heat oil in a non-stick wok. add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
add mushrooms and sauté for another minute.
add the remaining veggies and saute for 1-2 minutes before adding the spices.
add spices and toss the veggies to mix.
serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
