whole wheat flour- 0.67 cup
rock salt (pink himalayan)- 0.67 tsp
water- 0.3 cup
steps to do
1. in a bowl, combine multigrain flour, whole wheat flour, and pink Himalayan salt. mix well by hand.
2. add water and knead by hand to form a soft dough. let rest 10-15 minutes.
3. transfer dough to a work surface and knead again.
4. pinch off lemon-sized balls, flatten slightly into discs, then roll each disc into a roti.
5. heat a tawa (griddle). place roti on the hot tawa and cook both sides, pressing with a spatula for even cooking.
6. serve 2 rotis with your chosen side dish.
