lets first understand why a high-fiber diet sometimes causes bloating?

thirdly, try incorporating some fermented foods like yogurt, dhokla, and dosa into your diet, as these can help support the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and reduce bloating. 

and finally, consider taking a probiotic supplement to help support the health of your gut microbiome and reduce the risk of bloating.
